We use your details only to contact you about your registration.

What we collect. The details you type in the form: your name, WhatsApp number, email, the course you’re interested in, your coffee experience, how you heard about us and any note you add.

Where it goes. Into a private Google Sheet that only our admissions staff can open, and into an email alert to the school. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep spam out; it checks that you’re a person.

Who sees it. Our admissions staff. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it. If you join a course, for as long as we need your training record. If you don’t, for [RETENTION_PERIOD].

Changing or deleting it. Message us on WhatsApp or email [CONTACT_EMAIL] and we’ll sort it out.
