The job
Will I get a job?
We can’t promise one. You get 28 hours on real shifts at a Taja outlet, and trainees who do well may be hired.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, once every skill is signed off and you pass the written test and interview.

Will this help me work abroad?
You’ll have the skills and 28 hours with real customers before your first shift there. Your trainer spent five years with SSP in the UK and can tell you what a shift there is really like. We make no visa promises.

Do I need any experience?
No. The course starts from your very first shot.
How long is the 30-day course really?
About five weeks. At 2 hours a day, class takes 20 days. Add your 28 hours on shift, with Saturdays off.
How many people are in a batch?
15 students per session.

What machines will I use?
La Cimbali. Your trainer was trained by Gruppo Cimbali, the company that makes them.
What if I can’t get it right?
You do it again. Each skill is signed off by a trainer or marked Re-do, and it only counts when it’s right. See how checking works.

Yes. Open Bar Saturday is 30 minutes at the school bar. Free.

How much does it cost?
The 30-day course is NPR 28,000. The 45-day course is NPR 35,000. A custom course depends on what you want, so ask us. See what each fee includes.
